Experiential training cares for the mental health of employees

Several team leaders of Juyiheng New Materials Co., Ltd. share the sand table in the training of employees' mental attitude experience (see picture). In recent years, Juyiheng continues to promote the work of psychological care of workers, the formulation and implementation of the action plan for psychological care of workers, has been put into use 26 workers care cabin, there are more than 100 people in charge of psychological care and psychological counselors to provide services for the mental health of workers.
